Activating the Alarm Configuration
- You are trained and authorized to work with system libraries. Also you are authorized to handle libraries for the specific customization level (L4-Project, L3-Country, or L2-Region) where you want to customize the Fire Domain Libraries EN library.
- You want to activate the possibility to generate events in Event List, and acknowledge and reset those events for the following Notifier AM objects: control panel, zone, sensor (detector), and output.
- System Manager is in Engineering mode.
- System Browser is in Management View.
- In System Browser, select Project > System Settings > Libraries > L1-Headquarter > Fire > Domain > Fire_Domain_EN_150_HQ_1 > Object Model.
- Select the Models & Functions tab.
- Open the Alarm Configuration expander.
- Perform step 5 for the following object models:
- GMS_FireDomain_Control_EN_1 (control panel object)
- GMS_FireDomain_Zone_EN_150 (zone object)
- GMS_FireDomain_Detector_EN_150 (sensor object)
- GMS_FireDomain_Output_EN_150 (output object)
- Customize an object model and activate its alarm configuration as follows:
a. Select the object model you want to customize (see step 4).
b. In the Models & Functions tab, click Customize

NOTE: The icon is dimmed if this object model is already customized to your level.
c. Click OK.
d. In the Properties expander, select the State.Status property.
e. In the Alarm Configuration expander, select the Alarm config. activated check box.
f. In the Properties expander, select the State.Mode property.
g. In the Alarm Configuration expander, select the Alarm config. activated check box. - Click Save
